Our projects
- This is primarily a project aimed at relieving Lake Kivu and the Kawa River of plastic waste. It is worth noting that this project has helped address the pressing issue of plastic waste polluting this river in the Amon area and downstream in Lake Kivu, as well as the Ruzizi River, a situation that causes significant environmental, economic, and human problems. The importance of this project lies in its ability to provide a sustainable solution to this problem, which entails collecting plastic waste and subsequently recycling it to produce other derivative products.
- Project for the socio-professional reintegration of street children into adulthood through the approach of collecting and recycling plastic waste into eco-friendly paving, aimed at their financial empowerment and environmental protection.
- The reforestation and watershed maintenance project for the Ruzizi II hydroelectric power plant, in collaboration with the International Electricity Company of the Great Lakes Countries (SINELAC), is one of the specialized bodies of the Economic Community of the Great Lakes Countries (CEPGL).
- Ecological study project and environmental impact assessment of plastic waste originating from the Kawa River on Lake Kivu and the Ruzizi River.
